Re: Activity Report Forms June 2011
Dear Spiritual Children and Friends of Padre Pio,

The Lord give you His Peace!

Thank you for your faithfulness and kind words regarding our new website. I have received a number of phone calls from people both members and not of our Padre Pio Prayer Groups, who have seen the site and are considering starting or joining Prayer Groups in their areas. In fact, I have received phone calls and letters from Canada, Korea, Nigeria, Ireland, England, India, Philippines, Spain, even Italy, the home of the Prayer groups, and some other places. These are people who have seen the site, like what we have presented for them, and ask about forming Prayer Groups, ask for prayers, or sometimes just want to ask for some direction about their spiritual lives. The site is a wonderful means of communication. I would like to better the information we can make available, thus the reason for this letter. You will notice that the website has a link GET INVOLVED, at the top. Click the link and there is information regarding the establishment of Prayer Groups. On that same page you will notice the words in blue, REGISTRATION FORMS. The Forms made available are for New Groups, Updating Groups, and also ACTIVITY REPORT FORMS. These last forms should be sent to San Giovanni Rotondo at regular intervals. I have not really been expecting them monthly or every six months unless the Group is doing something beyond the regular monthly meeting.

These Activity Reports are important for our International Office and also for our National Files. Please download the Activity Report Form and fill it out mentioning the basic activities of the Group in the past year, and any special activities, gatherings, celebrations, pilgrimages, and so forth, that your Prayer Group sponsored in the name of Padre Pio. You could also mention things that are in the planning for the near future. As the Website develops, we could begin to mention some of the more particular activities that possibly other Prayer Groups, and even non-members, might be able to participate in.

You can send your Activity Report directly to General Headquarters for the Padre Pio Prayer Groups in San Giovanni Rotondo, and please send the National Office a copy as well. The more we get organized, the easier it will be for us to mention special occasions our Prayer Groups are sponsoring in the USA.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation with me.

May God bless you; Our Lady guide, guard, and protect you; and may Padre Pio watch over each one of you, his Spiritual Children, with loving care.
Peace and Blessings
