O Mary, conceived in grace, pray for us, who have recourse to you.	1 May Jesus rest his gaze on you and console your spirit.	2 Do not fear the enemy lays for you, and be strong in the ways of the Lord.	3 (Appease and implore) divine mercy, not only with the voice of the mouth, but with fasting, tears	4 Appease the wrath of heaven by returning to him in the simplicity of faith.	5 Pray with humility in the secrecy of (your) heart, that peace may be granted	6 Jesus be the supreme King of your heart.
7 Always maintain the humility of our heavenly Mother.	8 You become distressed and groan because you doubt the presence of divine love within you	9 In the ways of divine love, one can never say: enough!	10 Jesus is with you and where he is, the Kingdom of God (is found).	11 Calm your anxieties ... humble yourself more and more before the goodness of God...	12 Never cease to than (God) for the continual favors he continues to bestow on you and on many other souls.	13 Do not become discouraged in the face of trials...(God) wants to test and strengthen you at the school of sacrifice and suffering.
14 Pray with humility, and remember the calm after the rain,..light after darkness,...placid quiet after the storm and turmoil.	15 Both in happy and sad events humble yourself (like Mary) under the powerful hand of God.	16 Do what you can, and Jesus, who looks into the depths of the heart, will be pleased with you just the same.	17 Live completely at peace because there will be light.	18 The remedy I prescribed is tranquillity of spirit, and I always forbid excessive worry.	19 (Remind) yourself of the spiritual rest our hearts must always have in the will of God.	20 May Jesus continue to consider you to be his chosen one, and make you totally his!
21 Consecrate all your affections, afflictions and actions to (God).	22 May afflicted souls find in you compassionate help and sweet and loving tolerance.	23 Whatever the tempter says or does, God will accomplish his admirable will in you.	24 (Reflect) on what took place in the heart of our Heavenly Mother at the foot of the cross.	25 Be patient in bearing your imperfections, if you hold your perfection dear.	26 When you are unable to take big steps on the path the Lord leads, be content with small steps	27 God speaks to those who are humble.
28 Cast aside worries, dismiss harmful judgments, God is in you and with you.	29 Jesus always be the supreme King of your heart and assist you with his vigilant grace and render you more worthy of his embrace.	30 Abandon yourself always more trustingly in the arms of divine mercy and do not doubt divine assistance.	31 (Mary) was never loved more than at the moment when she suffered and couldn't even cry. O most compassionate Virgin Mary,
that never was it known,
that anyone who fled to your protection,
implored your assistance,
or sought your intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, I fly to you,

Thanksgiving to God for the gift of Mary

Father, all-powerful and ever-living God, we do well always and everywhere to give you thanks; we especially praise you and proclaim your glory for the gift you gave us in the Blessed Virgin Mary. She received your Word in the purity of her heart, and, conceiving in her virgin womb, gave birth to our Savior and so nurtured the Church at its beginning.

She accepted God's parting gift of love as she stood at the foot of the cross and so became the mother of all those who were brought to life through the death of her only Son. She joined her prayers with those of the apostles, as together they awaited the coming of your Spirit, and so became the perfect pattern of the church at prayer.

Raised to the glory of heaven, she cares for the pilgrim Church with a mother's love, following its progress homeward until the day of the Lord dawns in splendor.

And so we thank you eternal and ever-living Father, Son, and Holy Spirit for Mary our Mother, through whose almighty intercession we find our way more easily to you, who live forever.
Amen.

Pray for me that I always have strength sufficient to accept whatever burdens I am asked to bear each day.
